• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of applicable UK taxes.
• We accept payments via credit/debit cards through Stripe, PayPal & GPAY.
• Full payment is required at checkout before your order is processed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
• We currently only ship within the UK.
• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service. Estimated delivery times will be provided post checkout.
• If your order is delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed.
5. Returns & Exchanges
• We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@noweverybodyshappy.com before returning your item.
• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
• Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
• If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
• We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
7. Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may proceed with a return once you receive the item.
